Thanks to the Cons tax cuts more Canucks have their own money in their own bank accounts, rather than have the govt. hold it for them.
Of course if this situation persists, mostly because of the inactivity in eastern Canada . . . downsizing govt is the easiest way out . . . downsize now, there has always been plenty of waste to be trimmed!!!
oldschool is not much of any kind of school with name calling, and only with a profile with no email etc. I'd say more cowardly.
And of course this deficit, in my view, was completely expected, and wanted by the conservatives to further their agenda of gutting the federal government.
